Welcome to the January instalment of the 2026 Purple Sprouting Yarn Club: AROUND THE WORLD IN 12 SKEINS. A year-long yarn journey where colour and story meet travel and place.
Travelling from east to west, each month we’ll explore a new destination, drawing inspiration from cities, landscapes, and the small details that give each place its character. Every skein is designed as a little postcard in yarn — a moment, a mood, a story to knit.
Here’s how it works:
This listing is part of a monthly yarn club.
Pre-orders open from the 1st to the 10th of each month, with yarns lovingly dyed and dispatched during the final week of the month.
Please note that dispatch dates may vary slightly if we’re out of town for events.
Each month you’ll receive a brand-new, exclusive colourway inspired by that month’s destination, dyed on your chosen yarn base. You can choose between:
100g skein, or
120g set, a 100g skein paired with a coordinating 20g mini skein.
If you’d like more than one of your chosen option, simply adjust the quantity when ordering.
You may also find a small surprise tucked into your parcel, a little extra to accompany your journey.
Important: For logistical reasons, please place your yarn club order separately from any other Purple Sprouting items.
