We aim to package and ship your items within 2 business days of receiving your order (this does not apply to custom orders).
Parcels are sent via NZ Post Parcelpost and buyers will need to select the relevant option at checkout. There is an additional cost for rural delivery. Please select this option if you live on a rural (RD) address. All parcels are sent via tracked mail.
Alternately if you prefer, we can send your order via Courier Post (non signature required) or Courier Post (signature required). *Please note signature required may not always be possible due to Covid restrictions*.
Domestic customers can expect to receive their orders within 2-3 working days under normal circumstances. If you have not received your order within 7 days please get in touch.
Shipping costs have been calculated for most international destinations. You will need to proceed through to the checkout process and enter your address to get the shipping cost, you can cancel the transaction at this stage if the shipping cost is not acceptable to you.
While NZ Post advises overseas customers can expect to receive their orders within 3-10 working days it often takes longer. Please contact us via email if you have still not received your order within 15 working days.
Any local customs and duty charges for orders placed from outside New Zealand are the responsibility of the person receiving the goods.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns please get in touch with us by email within three days of receiving your purchase.
While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of yarn some difference in colour may occur between screens. We are happy to exchange for an alternate colour but the yarn must be returned to us within 14 days of the date printed on the invoice, by tracked postage, and must be returned in its original condition (i.e. not wound into a cake or smoke damaged). In this case all shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. We are not able to exchange/refund custom orders.
If your goods are flawed or damaged let us know within 7 days of receipt. You’ll need to return the damaged goods to us. If possible, we will replace the damaged goods. If this is not possible we will offer either a refund or replacement item of similar value (where possible). All shipping costs for faulty items (return and replacement) will be at our cost.
Please note milling industry standards allow for up to 3 knots/joins per 100g skein so this is not considered to be a fault.
Products being returned/exchange will need to include a note with the reason for the return, customer’s email address and shipping address
