We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns please get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of yarn some difference in colour may occur between screens. We are happy to exchange for an alternate colour but the yarn must be returned to us within 7 days of the date printed on the packing slip, by tracked postage, and must be returned with receipt or proof of purchase and in its original condition (i.e. not wound into a cake, unused with tags). In this case all shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Please note we do not accept returns and/or exchanges for custom orders, one of a kind or sale items.
If your goods are flawed or damaged let us know within 7 days of receipt. You’ll need to return the damaged goods to us. If possible, we will replace the damaged goods. If this is not possible we will offer either a refund or replacement item of similar value (where possible). All shipping costs for faulty items (return and replacement) will be at our cost.
Please note milling industry standards allow for up to 3 knots/joins per 100g skein so this is not considered to be a fault.
Products being returned/exchange will need to include a note with the reason for the return, customer’s email address and shipping address.
